Percepção dos profissionais de saúde sobre os usuários frequentes dos serviços de urgência e emergência: revisão integrativa

Resumo


Usuários frequentes dos serviços de urgência são um pequeno grupo de indivíduos que contribui bastante para a demanda desses serviços. Este artigo objetiva identificar e analisar a produção de conhecimento sobre a percepção dos profissionais de saúde sobre os usuários frequentes dos serviços de urgência e emergência. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de pesquisa em que foram selecionados cinco artigos que atenderam aos critérios de inclusão. Identificou-se que usuários frequentes são muitas vezes estigmatizados pelos profissionais de saúde, embora haja um envolvimento afetivo entre eles. Sugere-se que sejam realizados novos estudos para qualificar a assistência ao usuário.

Perception of health professionals about the frequent users of emergency services and rescue: integrative review

Frequent users of emergency services are a small group of individuals that contribute considerably to the demand for these services. This article aims to identify and analyze the production of knowledge about the perception of health professionals on frequent users of urgency services and emergency services. It is an integrative review research in which five articles were selected that met the inclusion criteria. It was identified that heavy users are often stigmatized by health professionals, although there is an emotional involvement among them. It is suggested that further studies be conducted to qualify the user assistance.

La percepción de los profesionales de la salud acerca de los usuarios frecuentes de los servicios de emergencia y rescate: revisión integradora

Los usuarios frecuentes de los servicios de emergencia son un pequeño grupo de personas que contribuye considerablemente a la demanda de estos servicios. Este artículo tiene como objetivo identificar y analizar la producción de conocimiento sobre la percepción de los profesionales de la salud en los usuarios frecuentes de los servicios de emergencia. Se trata de una revisión integradora de investigación en el que cinco artículos fueron seleccionados que cumplen los criterios de inclusión. Se identificó que los grandes consumidores a menudo son estigmatizados por los profesionales de la salud, aunque hay una implicación emocional entre ellos. Se sugiere que se hagan nuevos estudios para calificar la atención del usuario.
