Perfil de usuários estomizados atendidos em um departamento de órteses e próteses
Resumo
Objetivo: caracterizar os usuários estomizados atendidos em um Departamento de Órtese e Próteses da região dos Campos Gerais, Paraná, quanto a aspectos sociodemográficos, clínicos e relacionados ao cuidado com a estomia. Metodologia: Estudo retrospectivo, descritivo e quantitativo, realizado entre fevereiro e abril de 2019 por meio de coleta de dados de 246 prontuários. Resultados: A maioria da amostra foi composta pelo sexo masculino (133; 54,07%), com média de idade de 62,44 anos (min.=04; máx.=97), casados(as) (138; 56,10%), com um a quatro anos de estudo (103; 41,87%), que residiam com cônjuge e filhos(as) (72; 29,27%) e aposentados (106; 43,09%). Houve predomínio de colostomias (164; 66,66%), permanentes (59; 23,98%), cuja principal causa foi o câncer (155; 63,01%). Conclusão: Os resultados obtidos amparam a gestão do enfermeiro estomaterapeuta responsável pelos usuários na busca de melhorias na assistência, conhecendo às necessidades e características individuais de cada paciente.

PROFILE OF STOMIZED USERS ATTEND IN A DEPARTMENT OF ORTHOSES AND PROSTHESES
Objective: to characterize the ostomized users treated in a Department of Orthoses and Prostheses in the region of Campos Gerais, Paraná, regarding socio-demographic, clinical and related to ostomy care. Methodology: Retrospective, descriptive and quantitative study, conducted between February and April 2019 by collecting data from 246 medical records. Results: Most of the sample was male (133; 54.07%), with a mean age of 62.44 years (min=04; max=97), married (138; 56, 10%), with one to four years of schooling (103; 41.87%), who lived with their spouse and children (72; 29.27%) and retired (106; 43.09%). There was a predominance of colostomies (164; 66.66%), permanent (59; 23.98%), whose main cause was cancer (155; 63.01%). Conclusion: The results support the management of the Enterostomal Therapist responsible for the users in search of improvements in care, knowing the needs and individual characteristics of each patient.

PERFIL DE USUARIOS ESTOMIZADOS ATENDIDOS EN UN DEPARTAMENTO DE ÓRTESES Y PRÓTESIS
Objetivo: caracterizar a los usuarios ostomizados tratados en un Departamento de Ortesis y Prótesis en la región de Campos Gerais, Paraná, con respecto a la atención sociodemográfica, clínica y relacionada con la ostomía. Metodología: Estudio retrospectivo, descriptivo y cuantitativo, realizado entre febrero y abril de 2019 mediante la recopilación de datos de 246 registros médicos. Resultados: la mayor parte de la muestra era masculina (133; 54.07%), con una edad media de 62.44 años (min = 04; max = 97), casada (138; 56, 10%), con uno a cuatro años de escolaridad (103; 41.87%), que vivían con su cónyuge e hijos (72; 29.27%) y se jubilaron (106; 43.09%). Predominó la colostomía (164; 66,66%), permanente (59; 23,98%), cuya causa principal fue el cáncer (155; 63,01%). Conclusión: Los resultados apoyan el manejo de la enfermera estomatoterapeuta responsable de los usuarios en busca de mejoras en la atención, conociendo las necesidades y características individuales de cada paciente.
