Gestação secundária à violência sexual infantojuvenil: percepções de profissionais de saúde
Resumo
Objetivo: Descrever a percepção de profissionais de saúde sobre a gestação secundária à violência sexual infantojuvenil. Métodos: Este é um recorte de estudo exploratório, qualitativo, realizado no período entre junho e julho de 2019 com cinco mulheres da equipe multiprofissional de um hospital da Bahia. As entrevistas foram gravadas, transcritas, analisadas e categorizadas de acordo com os pressupostos de Badin e interprestadas à luz do Interacionismo Simbólico. Resultados: A gestação secundária à violência sexual decorre da iniciação sexual precoce por imposição/indução de abusos sexuais incestuosos ou do casamento infantil com homens adultos. A manutenção da gestação proveniente desses abusos, muitas vezes é imposta pela persuasão à vítima em manter a gravidez, pela chegada tardia ao serviço de saúde e pela procrastinação na realização da interrupção da gestação, que são formas de cercear a autonomia de crianças/adolescentes que buscam a realização do Aborto Legal. Por conta dessas injunções, as vítimas sofrerem sobreposições de agravos como a violência psicológica, violência por parceiro íntimo e a violência institucional. Conclusão: A gestação proveniente da violência sexual infantojuvenil pode estar conjugada a outros tipos de violência que cerceam os direitos sexuais e reprodutivos de crianças e adolescentes.
