NÍVEL DE EVIDÊNCIA E GRAU DE RECOMENDAÇÃO DAS DISSERTAÇÕES E TESES DA ENFERMAGEM

ABSTRACT
Objective: To identify the methodological profile, the level of evidence and the degree of recommendation of the dissertations and theses produced in the stricto sensu Graduate Nursing programs in the State of Ceará. Methods: Exploratory, descriptive and retrospective study, of the bibliometric type, with the analysis of the dissertations and theses of stricto sensu graduate programs in the area of Nursing in Ceará, from May to June 2020, in the Program repositories. Results: 832 productions were analyzed, of these 69% dissertations and 31% theses, with a year of defense between 1996 to June 2020, with a higher prevalence of dissertations in the years 2016 and 2017 and theses in 2016 and 2018. The studies were distributed in four institutions in the state of Ceará, highlighting the Federal University of Ceará (71.7%). As for the methodological design, there was a higher prevalence of descriptive studies, 93.7% and 84%, respectively, with level of evidence five (90.4%) and degree of recommendation “D” (90%). Conclusion: It was possible to identify the level of evidence and degree of recommendation of nursing dissertations and theses in the state of Ceará, highlighting the need to develop studies with a higher level of scientific evidence.
RESUMEN
Objetivo: Identificar el perfil metodológico, el nivel de evidencia y el grado de recomendación de las disertaciones y tesis producidas en los programas de Posgrado en Enfermería stricto sensu en el Estado de Ceará. Métodos: Estudio exploratorio, descriptivo y retrospectivo, de tipo bibliométrico, con el análisis de las disertaciones y tesis de los programas de posgrado stricto sensu en el área de Enfermería en Ceará, de mayo a junio de 2020, en los repositorios del Programa. Resultados: Se analizaron 832 producciones, de estas 69% disertaciones y 31% tesis, con un año de defensa entre 1996 a junio de 2020, con mayor prevalencia de disertaciones en los años 2016 y 2017 y tesis en 2016 y 2018. Los estudios se distribuyeron en cuatro instituciones del estado de Ceará, destacando la Universidad Federal de Ceará (71,7%). En cuanto al diseño metodológico, hubo una mayor prevalencia de estudios descriptivos, 93,7% y 84%, respectivamente, con nivel de evidencia cinco (90,4%) y grado de recomendación “D” (90%). Conclusión: Se pudo identificar el nivel de evidencia y grado de recomendación de disertaciones y tesis de enfermería en el estado de Ceará, destacando la necesidad de desarrollar estudios con un mayor nivel de evidencia científica.
